Hello, my name is Kelly, and I am a picky eater. This blog is all about diversifying my meals. Each week I will try (at least) 1 new recipe and tell you about it. Expect lots of delicious foods – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner- and especially Dessert!
I’m hoping that this blog will be a way for me to learn to try new foods. My meals tend to be the same, or very similar, day after day. By adding new foods into the mix, I will be more excited about cooking and eating! Not to mention, there are many nutritious elements that are lacking in my current diet. (Lets just say, I could live off of bagels and pasta.)
These fun new meals will come from some of my favorite foodie blogs, as well as the small array of cookbooks that I own. Out of respect to those lovely people, I will only post the exact recipe and instructions if it is my own creation, or if I cannot find the exact recipe to link to. I will definitely post a link to their blog though so that you can find the original recipe.
I will also be sharing with your some of the restaurants that I eat at. These will be not only some of my favorites in Madison, WI (where I live) but also in other cities that I visit for work and for fun. Diversifying my meals includes going to different restaurants as well!

My husband – We got married on our 8 year dating anniversary, and have been married just over a year. He is the king taste tester of all of the meals I make – especially the ones that I am unsure that I will like.
So here I go, off to explore new tastes. Through trial and error I hope to try lots of new foods – and maybe even find some new favorites. 🙂
