First of all, I realize that the title of this recipe is called “Easy Cinnamon Bread”. But really, it should be called “Crazy Good Donut Monkey Bread.” Or something to that extent. Because when I think of cinnamon bread I think of basic, slightly sweet bread with some cinnamon sprinkled on the top. This “bread” would definitely qualify as a dessert.

Ok, so before you take it out of the bundt pan, it looks pretty bready. But then you remember that you dipped each little part of that bread in butter, cinnamon, and sugar. After you take it out of the pan, it looks like this:
One big, delicious, buttery, cinnamon sugar donut.
Not only is this incredibly delicious, but is also incredibly easy! Unless you are so inclined to make your own dough, there are only 4 ingredients! The other easy part about it? Each little piece just rips apart – you don’t even have slice it!!
Go make this now. But I will warn you – it is addicting. It will be gone after one day (or MAYBE 2 if you have really good willpower). Especially if you aren’t the only one in your household.
I hope I didn’t cause you to drool on your key board. Too much.
Ease: A, it only doesn’t get an A+ because there is actually some physical work involved. But it is basically mindless and can be done very easily.
Taste: A+, as my husband said “This must be the most unhealthy thing that you’ve made because the taste and texture are SO good!”
Would I make it again? Although it is dangerous to have it in our house, I do think I’ll make it again. Next time maybe with apples, like an apple fritter? YUM!
